Liverpool, N.Y.-based American Granby recently acquired CB Supplies in Canada and its affiliates. The acquired assets include CB Supplies, Vanguard Pipe and Fittings, Canfit Industries, Canip Industries and Seymour Industries. The five companies operate from four locations in Canada: Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal.
