Waterfurnace, Tendril Partner To Integrate Home Energy Management, Geothermal

WaterFurnace International - manufacturer of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional geothermal and water source heat pumps - and Tendril - provider of the cloud platform for the Energy Internet - are partnering to deliver a mass-market energy solution that combines renewable energy with home energy management. WaterFurnace is licensing the Tendril Connect cloud platform to deliver full home-energy management functionality to its customers. The solution will be made available to consumers in 2012 through WaterFurnace’s network of more than 2,000 dealers and distributors across the United States and Canada.
