Tankless water heater manufacturer Rinnai America named Tim Wiley as its new vice president of sales. Wiley comes to Rinnai from Moen, where he enjoyed a successful career for nearly 15 years.

Joining Moen in 2001, Wiley most recently served as Moen’s regional vice president of sales in the Eastern region. In this capacity, he led team of 50 associates and agencies, accountable for revenue gain and share growth in the wholesale plumbing channel. He communicated company vision and mission to ensure strategic alignment across the sales organization, and developed strategy and operating tactics to consistently deliver market share growth.
