Nexstar Network is proud to announce Julian Scadden as vice president of operations. Scadden has worked in the business operations side of the plumbing, heating, and cooling industries for more than 20 years and has found success all along the way. In 2013, the organization hired him on as the first training implementation coach, a role he helped create. For the last year and a half, he has been Nexstar’s training and events manager.
“I am honored to guide and develop [this] member-owned organization,” Scadden said. “Not only will we continue to serve with the care our members have known us for, we [will] also continue to innovate, grow, and execute with precision just as we ask our members to.”
“Nexstar continues to enjoy great growth because of the success of our members, and so this position was needed,” President and CEO Jack Tester said. “Scadden was the perfect person to fill it. Nexstar has grown dramatically in recent years and now has a unique opportunity to do even more for member companies. This move will allow us to continue to grow the effectiveness of Nexstar.”
Nexstar also announced that Gina Baratto, who was previously an event planner with Nexstar, has been promoted to events manager. She coordinates more than 100 annual trainings and events and works with Director of Training Keith Mercurio, Master Trainer Dan Friesen, and Event Planner Anna Rasmussen to deliver a quality experience to the Nexstar membership.
