MIFAB’s RoofGuard Roof Domes and Scupper Grates increase the surface area up to five times or more, making a protected drain virtually uncloggable. RoofGuard will replace any Roof Drain Dome Strainer up to 15” in diameter and Scupper Drain openings from 6” to 12” in width. A removable top allows easy access to drain and piping without detaching RoofGuard. The Cast Iron RoofGuard product was developed for those specific applications that may require more durability, longer life and extra strength. It is attached to the drain body using three or four bolts and a universal membrane clamp ring that ensures it will line up with the existing body, no matter the manufacturer. It is also available in a full drain.
