Jim always goes above and beyond when it comes to meeting customer expectations. Jim’s thoughts: “My favorite part of my job is being able to meet new people, assess their situation or the difficulties they are facing, and fix them. It’s incredibly rewarding to know I have the know-how to help people and make them happy. Seeing their happiness with my work makes my day all the better. In the years to come, I would like to pass on my knowledge and skill set to the younger generation, as we will always need plumbers. Helping others makes you feel good about yourself, and a trade skill is something you can never go wrong learning.”
