MIFAB, a Chicago-based plumbing products manufacturer, announced that Pepco Sales and Marketing will represent MIFAB and BEECO products in North Texas and Oklahoma. Pepco will be stocking these products in its Dallas warehouse.
MIFAB also announced two internal promotions: Jason Gremchuk was named vice president of operations and Biswarup Bhattacharjee was named vice president of supply chain.
Gremchuck has been with MIFAB for more than 10 years and is responsible for helping to create the many innovative products MIFAB manufactures. During his time at MIFAB, he has become knowledgeable in every aspect of MIFAB operations. In his new role as vice president of operations, in addition to engineering, Gremchuck will now be responsible for all other order fulfillment departments, including purchasing, customer service, warehouse and manufacturing.
Bhattacharjee (known as BB) has proved invaluable in his vital role in purchasing/sourcing by streamlining purchasing processes, thereby substantially reducing shipping times.
Lastly, MIFAB launched a new website for sizing injection and rotational molded HDPE grease and oil interceptors.
“The correct size interceptor is important for keeping our environment clean as well as reducing maintenance and cleaning costs and fines associated with undersized interceptors,” said Michael Whiteside, president of MIFAB.
Use of MIFAB’s new website is free to its customers. By answering a few simple questions, the software provides the correct size MIFAB HDPE interceptor for the application from its extensive line, (from 7 gpm to 2,000-gallon liquid holding capacity).
