Brady Jolly
How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?
BJ: My entire life.
What drew you into the industry?
BJ: Family business. My parents started the company in 1979 and I grew up in the business. I’ve always been drawn to the industry because of the feeling it gives me when we help customers when they’re in a time of need.
What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?
BJ: The most rewarding part of the industry for me is seeing the growth of tradesmen and women. There’s nothing better than watching someone’s journey from an apprentice with little to no experience to a key contributor in our business.
What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?
BJ: It’s an incredible career. Oftentimes, it's people’s second or third option as a career choice, but once they begin, they realize how financially and personally fulfilling of a career it actually is.
What has been the proudest moment in your career so far?
BJ: Moving into our new state-of-the-art facility that includes a basketball court.
What is one thing most people don’t know about you?
BJ: I rode a bull at a rodeo in Arizona.
