How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?
BS: 20 years.

What motivates you every day?
BS: Solving problems and happiness from others once you fix their problems. Seeing their gratification.
What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?
BS: Basic maintenance requirements. A lot of people don’t understand our systems require maintenance just like your vehicle.
What has been the proudest moment in your career so far?
BS: The achievement of getting certifications and knowing I have helped build my community. Some day I can show my boys that I helped build that.
What is one thing most people don’t know about you?
BS: If I didn’t have to work, I would spend everyday fishing and hanging out with my boys. My best version of myself is when I’m in Dad-mode!
