Bring Back the Trades launched its new website, BBTT.org. This enhanced platform is designed to provide students, parents, educators and more with resources, event information, scholarships and career pathways to help close the growing skilled trades gap.
The website relaunch was made possible in part by Milwaukee Tool. Milwaukee is BBTT’s exclusive Power Tool, Hand Tool, Safety, Storage and Equipment sponsor.
The revamped website provides:
- Skills Expo information – Details on upcoming hands-on events connecting students with trade professionals and employers.
- Scholarships and resources – Financial aid and career development tools for aspiring tradespeople.
- Partnership and sponsorship Oopportunities – Ways for businesses, schools and organizations to support the movement.
- Mentorship and industry connections – Guidance for those interested in pursuing a trade career.
“Our goal has always been to empower students and change the conversation about careers in the trades,” said Steve Turner, president and founder of Bring Back the Trades. “With the support of Milwaukee Tool, this website will serve as a central hub for anyone looking to explore or support the skilled trades industry.”
"At Milwaukee Tool, we are committed to supporting the next generation of skilled tradespeople here in the U.S. by ensuring they have access to the best tools and training available,” said Scott Teson, senior vice president of skilled trades at Milwaukee Tool. “Our partnership with Bring Back the Trades aligns perfectly with our mission to invest in the future of American trades, and we’re proud to support the launch of their new website as a vital platform for education, awareness, and opportunity."
