German-based Rothenberger, manufacturer of plumbing and pipe tools, announced a joint venture with electrical tools manufacturer Greenlee Textron to further expand the companies' combined service and product offerings in North America. Terms of the joint venture were not disclosed. Tools will be sold under the Rothenberger brand name, and the company will be headquartered in Rockford, Ill.
