Encompass Services Corp. signed a deal to provide The Dow Chemical Co. on-site maintenance at its manufacturing site near Seadrift, Texas. The deal, which is $45 million for three years of service, ensured that Encompass would provide routine maintenance, operational support and construction services for small capitol projects. An "evergreen" clause allows Dow to renew the contract from year-to-year after the initial three years.
