Weil-McLain became the first company in Northwest Indiana to secure an Advance Indiana Grant totaling $129,400. The grant dollars will be used to train approximately 224 employees, with a goal of each participant receiving either an Associates Degree in management, a Microsoft Certificate or a Class A Maintenance Certificate depending on their specific needs.
