Exelon Services promoted Randy Pagel, vice president and general manager, to president of Bumler Heating and Specialties and president of BASS. Starting his career as a service technician with Bumler in 1973, Pagel will now have total operating and P&L responsibility for all of the business activities under Bumler and BASS.
