Grabski will be responsible for directing all sales and marketing functions, including field sales, sales administration, marketing, advertising, market research and competitive analysis, product planning and development, and corporate trademark and patent activities.

Reporting directly to Grabski will be Joe Sell, Vice President, Sales Administration; Mike Vinik and Robert Saylor, Regional Sales Managers; Kevin McJoynt, Marketing Services Manager and Luz Langer, Export Manager.

Grabski, who has been with the company since 1985, most recently has been successful in developing relationships with plumbing industry groups and local plumbing councils to increase brand name awareness of Gerber, which includes programs such as Frank Blau's seminar series.
