The recent Essentials of PHC Project Management Course conducted by the PHCC Educational Foundation was attended by 21 business owners, operations managers, project managers, estimators and superintendents. The four-day course was held in Fort Worth, Texas, and showed attendees how scheduling software can keep their projects on track, as well as how managing project finances affects overall company cash flow, profits and financial health. The next course will be held Jan. 4-7, 2006, in Lansdowne, Va.
