IPS Acquires Guy Gray Mfg.

IPS Corp., inventor of the plastic washing machine outlet box, announced the purchase of Guy Gray Mfg., inventor of the original metal washing machine outlet box. The company will be added to the growing IPS brands, which include Water-Tite, Weld-On, Parabond and Studor.
