The Construction Contractors Alliance, PHCC-NA’s subsidiary for contractors specializing in construction work, elected David Cooper, of Guy M. Cooper Inc. in Willow Grove, Pa., its first chairman at its third meeting.
Almost 60 people attended the CCA meeting for contractors specializing in residential, industrial, commercial and institutional construction.
“This was a typical meeting for CCA’s short track record,” said Leanne Snyder, CCA director. “It was an intense weekend.”
The contractors met in peer groups, and discussed the future of the industry. The group heard retention and recruiting tips, ways to increase operational efficiency in prefabrication shops and motivational speakers.
