PSEG Energy Technologies announced it acquired Liber Rich & Sons Inc. and Rich Fire Protection Company Inc., two Pleasantville, N.J., companies with combined revenues of $20 million. PSEG has purchased a handful of other east coast plumbing and mechanical contractors.
