Accubid Systems Ltd. is offering Computerized Estimating Certificate Courses as part of its professional development program for 2003. The three courses -- at 100, 200 and 300 levels -- have been specifically designed to teach estimators the principles and procedures of modern estimating with computer and estimating software.
