Precision Boilers Inc. acquired certain assets of Universal Boiler Works Inc. Precision immediately began the production of flex-tube boilers under the name of UBW Boilers Inc., a subsidiary of Precision. Manufacturing will continue at the Pueblo, Colo., facility and will begin in Precision's existing facility in Morristown, Tenn.
