American Plumbing and Mechanical announced that it has re-hired Robert C. Richey to manage the operations and administration of its single-family plumbing operations in California, Nevada and Arizona. He will also return to the board of directors, assuming the seat previously held by Stephen Turner, who recently resigned from the board.
