BlueDot will be looking for a few dozen companies in strategic locations throughout the United States over the next one or two years. It is especially interested in those businesses that have $3 million or more in revenue, double-digit profitability, strong management and little or no new construction.
BlueDot To Focus On PSI Members
At the January Plumbers' Success International Success Summit, Alan Mintz, senior vice president of corporate development at BlueDot, announced that the company is working with WealthNow, a sister firm of PSI, in considering PSI's contractor members as acquisition prospects.
