U.S. Industries Completes Sale Of Lighting Companies<
U.S. Industries said it has completed the previously announced sale of its domestic lighting companies, including LCA Group, to Hubbell Inc. of Orange, Conn. In addition, current LCA Chairman and CEO James O'Leary will leave the company to pursue other interests following a transition period.
