Watts Water Technologies acquired the 40 percent equity interest in Taizhou Shida Plumbing Mfg. Co. Ltd. that had been held by its former joint venture partner, Yuhuan County Cheng Guan Metal Hose Factory. Watts now owns 100 percent of Shida, which makes hose, hose connectors, multilayer tubing and stainless-steel braided hose used in residential and commercial applications.
