The company was started in 1932, was bought by Sunroc in 1952, and has been under the Oasis umbrella since 2003. Maid-O-Mist will remain at its headquarters in Chicago.
Sunroc, Oasis Sell Maid-O-Mist
Sunroc LLC and the Oasis Corp. sold Maid-O-Mist Heating Specialties to Maid-O-Mist's management. Maid-O-Mist makes air eliminators for hydronic and steam heating systems, and are marketed under the Maid-O-Mist (hydronic) and Jacobus (steam) brand names.
