American Plumbing & Mechanical filed its proposed reorganization plan with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division. The plan outlines a reorganized AMPAM with five primary operating subsidiaries and two independent companies comprising the operations of AMPAM J.A. Croson Co. and AMPAM Miller Mechanical.

The court did approve AMPAM's previously filed Amended Disclosure Statement, as well as the solitication package to be sent to creditors and other interested parties. A confirmation hearing is set for May 26, 2004.
