Charles F. Hiley Jr., 57, an active leader of the PHCC-NA passed away December 25, 2000 in his home in Rochester, Minn., following recent heart surgery. Hiley was national PHCC secretary in 1994-95 and was a member of the board of directors from 1993-95. He also served two terms as chairman of the PHCC Educational Foundation's Board of Governors in 1996-98 and was currently serving as Chairman of the Foundation Investment Management Committee as well as a trustee on several committees for the UAC.
