Watts Industries reported a 6 percent increase in 2001 sales to $548.9 million with net income of $26.6 million, compared with $31.2 million the prior year.

The company announced a manufacturing consolidation plan that will include moving Powers Process Controls, acquired last September, into Watts' New Hampshire plant. They also will be expanding manufacturing capacity in China.
