ITT Elects EMCOR CEO To Board
ITT Industries Inc. elected Frank T. MacInnis to its Board of Directors. MacInnis has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EMCOR Group Inc. since April 1994. The appointment brings the number of ITT Industries Board members to nine.
