History Channel Airs Updated 'History Of Plumbing'
Tentatively scheduled for Sept. 21, the History Channel's “Modern Marvels” program will be showing an updated version of the “History of Plumbing: Arteries of Civilization” episode. Originally aired in 1997 and rerun numerous times, “History of Plumbing” is based on PM magazine's series of that title that ran in the 1980s and 1990s. Narrators include PM Editorial Director Jim Olsztynski, PM columnist Julius Ballanco and various other plumbing industry citizens, including advertising and marketing executive Dave Weiner and former PHCC-NA president Bob Kreutzer.
