Magnatrax Corp., a manufacturer of custom, pre-engineered buildings and components for builders and the commercial construction market, named Dennis Smith as its new president and chief executive officer as it emerges from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Smith most recently served as president of Lennox International's retail sales and service subsidiary Service Experts.
