Milwaukee Valve Co. purchased the high-performance butterfly valve line from Shaw Valve (Little Rock, Ark.). The inventory and equipment included in the purchase have been relocated to Milwaukee Valve's manufacturing plant in Windsor, Wis. Production began in late May, and full production runs were expected by late summer.
