J.C. Whitlam Mfg. Co.now offers four sizes of its plastic pipe ratchet cutters, which cut 1-, 1 1/4-, 1 1/2- and 2-inch pipe. Each cutter has a built-in ratchet assembly and stainless heat-treated alloy blade that cuts easily through PVC, CPVC, ABS, HDPE and PEX pipe. Replaceable stainless-steel blades are offered.
