The Associated Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Texas Charitable and Educational Foundation awarded $1,000 scholarships to 12 high school students for 2004-2005. They were awarded on the basis of academic ability, school participation and community involvement. The students were sponsored by APHCC-Texas members.
