Automated Logic Corp., a Carrier company and unit of United Technologies Corp., acquired two of Comfort Systems USA's independent dealers - United Environmental Services L.P. of Houston, and Comfort Systems USA of Twin Cities Inc., Minneapolis. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Automated Logic distributes and installs advanced building control systems primarily for HVAC and energy management applications through a network of independent dealers. The two Comfort Systems businesses have represented ALC products for nearly 20 years.
