A new training business for the construction industry, Multilingual Training Solutions, recently opened its doors. The company works with contractors and associations to develop language, culture and safety training to meet the needs of the growing Spanish-speaking construction workforce. Courses offered include “Construction Survival Spanish,” “Safety Spanish Essentials,” “Managing a Spanish-Speaking Workforce,” as well as English-as-a-Second-Language classes tailored for the construction industry, and OSHA classes for construction in English and Spanish.
