Oatey Co. is introducing a Solvent Cement Program to support and guide plumbers in their usage of plastic pipe solvent cements. The campaign begins in March 2006 and includes advertising, contractor education and product selection materials, supply house POS materials and Web support.

Solvent cement education and product selection assistance will be provided in a weather-resistant booklet with safety information, FAQs, solvent welding instructions, and technical information.
