The IAPMO Standards Council named J. Richard Wagner of Baltimore's Poole & Kent Corp. as chairman of the IAPMO Standards Council. Also named to the council were: Jim Crawford, fire marshal for the city of Vancouver, Wash.; Phil Ribbs, former chief plumbing, mechanical and electrical inspector with the city of San Jose; and Terry Swisher, chief plumbing official for the State of Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services.
