Jo Rae Wagner, president of CTO Inc. and current president of the PHCC-National Association, was recently honored with a resolution in the Texas Senate regarding her “leadership and dedication to involving more women in the construction industry,” said State Sen. Eddie Lucio Jr., who presented the resolution.
