Solves re-entry problem with servicing balancing valves, strainers and combination valves. It completely wraps ball valves including handle, eliminating condensation. Comprised of R-5.0 fiberglass blanket and DuPont 1443R Tyvek™. Secured with Velcro™ so it's easily removed and replaced.
