Bonney Forge Acquires Italian Valve Firm
Bonney Forge Valve licensee BFE, headquartered in Italy, and its partner and licensor Bonney Forge Corp. in Mount Union, Pa., announced the acquisition of Alco di Castronno - Varese, Italy. BFE will integrate the Alco assets with the existing BFE forged-steel-valve-producing operations. Accordingly, Bonney Forge Corp has acquired the marks and name of ALCO. Moreover, the production of private-labeled valves at the former Alco plant has been discontinued.
