Oatey Buys Plumbing Specialty Products Firm
Oatey Co. recently acquired Omaha, Neb.-based William H. Harvey Co., a manufacturer and distributor of plumbing specialty products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. William H. Harvey Co. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Oatey Co.
