EMCOR Group purchased Midwesco Services, the mobile services of division of Chicago-area Midwesco Mechanical. Midwesco Services provides heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration and energy service retrofits and upgrades for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

EMCOR Services Midwest, a subsidiary of EMCOR Group with offices in Illinois and Wisconsin, will integrate Midwesco Services into its operations.
