REHAU opened a new plant in Monterrey, Mexico. It houses 28,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, in addition to a 16,000-sq.-ft. warehouse facility. Constructed to accommodate a recent contract won from Whirlpool to produce magnetic refrigerator gaskets, the plant offers double the amount of gasket capacity compared to REHAU’s previous facility.

REHAU also celebrated the opening of a distribution center to serve the furniture sector, handling products such as edgeband and tambour door systems.
