American Residential Services’ Rescue Rooter announced that it recently purchased Portland, Ore.-based Jack Howk Plumbing.

American Residential Services’ Rescue Rooter recently purchased Portland, Ore.-based Jack Howk Plumbing. Founded in 1942, Jack Howk Plumbing has served the Portland area for 65 years, providing commercial and residential plumbing services including water heater installation, plumbing system maintenance and repair, drain cleaning, gas piping installation and remodeling services.

It is unknown at this time whether management is staying with the plumbing firm, or if the company will keep its name.
