Stone Forest Wins Best Of Year Award

Magazine.
The
Moso Bamboo Vessel by Stone Forest was the recipient of the Best of Year Award
for 2007 by Interior Design Magazine. The award ceremony
was held on Nov. 29 at the TimesCenter. The Moso Bamboo Vessel was selected out
of 930 entries, which were paired down to 224 finalists. The product winners
were ultimately judged by more than 22,000 Internet votes.
The Moso Bamboo Vessel, which is crafted from 100 percent bamboo, a renewable resource, combines eco-friendly design with a minimalist aesthetic. The interior soft part of the bamboo is removed, leaving the hard exterior to be laminated, which results in a vessel that is incredibly light in weight. Furthermore, the product is durable, solid and water-resistant.
