Ed Begley Jr, A.O. Smith Tout High Efficiency At PHCC Industry Trade Show

Ed, will make an appearance at the 34th Annual Southern
California Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Tradeshow in Long Beach, Calif.,
May 16.
A.O. Smith and spokesman Ed Begley Jr., star of the television series Living With Ed, will make an appearance at the 34th Annual Southern California Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Tradeshow in Long Beach, Calif., May 16.
Begley has pursued sustainable living and energy efficiency since 1970. He will be at the A.O. Smith booth (#135) from 9 am to 11 am promoting the company’s Vertex™ water heater line. Begley has installed one in his home, and knows first-hand the benefits of this high-efficiency model.
The Vertex product line is the result of A.O. Smith’s partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy to accelerate the development of higher efficiency residential water heaters. Employing a coiled heat exchanger for more effective combustion, the Vertex delivers a large volume of hot water at an impressive thermal efficiency of up to 96 percent.
The PHCC of the Greater Los Angeles Area is hosting the tradeshow, which will take place from 9 am until 4 pm at the Long Beach Convention Center. Visitors are encouraged to attend educational seminars taking place throughout the day, as well as the PHCC-California Apprenticeship Contest from 7:30 am to 3 pm.
