The B-0107-C (pictured) and B-0108-C low-flow spray valves from T&S Brass conserve water by operating at 0.65 gpm. The valves use half the amount of water, yet maintain the same cleaning time as the previous models. They are endorsed by the Green Restaurant Association. The Foodservice Technology Center has verified the new B-0107-C as meeting its recommendations for both performance and flow rate. They are compliant with AB 1953 and ANSI/NSF Standard 61.
