ASPE Hires New Executive Director
On Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010, the ASPE board of
directors named James Kendzel to replace Stanley
Wolfson as ASPE’s executive director at the end of the year.
On Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010, the ASPE board of directors named James Kendzel to replace Stanley Wolfson as ASPE’s executive director at the end of the year. Kendzel has had more than 25 years of experience in national and international standards experience and code development, and has spent the last four years leading the Institute for Credentialing Excellence, which is devoted to promoting personnel certification.
"I am humbled and honored to assume this position, and I look forward to serving the membership, achieving the vision of the Society, and advancing the plumbing engineering profession," Kendzel said.
ASPE held its 2010 Convention and Engineered Plumbing Exposition this week (Oct. 30-Nov. 3) in Philadelphia.
